The Ghost: “Body of greed, as you have pillaged my tomb, I invade your mind. I sense your nerves - you may not lie. What is your origin?”
Ulyetus: “My name is Ulyetus T. Clyde. Montgomery, Georgia. I’m a big cat zoo owner, budding tech mogul, future billionaire. CEO of Hologram Zoo Incorporated.”
The Ghost: “Your presence is unworthy to intrude in the temple of my rest. How dare you?”
Ulyetus: “Mr. Ghost, I’m the CEO of a company responsible for the fastest selling app in the world. I possess an infinite number of virtual livestock - animal and human. Now, I didn’t plan on that. I just go where the money takes me.”
The Ghost: “Into petty theft.”
Ulyetus: “Look, I tried robbing your grave out of desperation. No one is using my app right now. They are all too caught up thinking about their own mortality because they’re triggered by your stupid death. They’re starting to second-guess the ethics of holographic entertainment and I will not lose my stronghold on the marketplace to a goddamned wallet-finding app! If I can get your data, any of your data, I can bring you back to them before the morbid curiosity surrounding you dissipates. If there’s so much as the sound of your breath on those tapes you had buried with you, my programmers can use it to create a full 3-D profile of you and we can strike while the iron is hot! And that’d be nice, right?”
The Ghost: “I don’t know. Wouldn’t that freak people out?”
Ulyetus: “That kinda comes with the territory of being a ghost.”
The Ghost: “I guess so. Hey, uh… they miss me, don’t they?”
Ulyetus: “Sure! And you don’t wanna just be dead in relative anonymity, do you? You’re a big hit on the deep web, but Hologram Zoo could make you a household name!”
The Ghost: “What can you offer me?”
Ulyetus: “Fame! Influence! Don’t you want to be fucking famous, man? I mean, sure, you’ve got your ‘cult’ following here, but...”
